Since I can remember the impulse to create has been present. When we are babies we are curious, explorative, and creative by nature. At some point we forget, and I’m here to remind you why that impulse comes so naturally. We are creatures of instinct and our instinct to create is undeniable, and full of purpose.

I found that when I make creativity a regular thing these are just some of the benefits! For me personally the biggest benefit of painting has been self confidence! At one point in my life I would be nervous about EVERYTHING, and bouts of depression would consume me. Today I am able enjoy a more balanced, joyful, and relaxed life.
Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up.

I credit so much improvement in my life to the power of creative expression. The ability to make your imagination tangible is magical and empowering beyond description. It may seem like a simple and pointless activity intended to keep kids busy or for professionals only. However, I predict that it’s more essential for EVERYONE than we give it credit for and powerful beyond measure.
Inspiration does exist, but it must find you working.
