Step 1:
Use the large brush to sketch the face with light blue (white + blue) mix in lots of white and color the whole background very light blue.
Step 2:
Use the large brush to block in light tan and light-medium brown tones. keep it loose and fun! Mix your white into brown to make your light shade (to make brown mix red + yellow+ small amount of black).
Step 3:
Use the filbert to color the base layer for florals. I Used red, yellow, white to get various colors. Make sure to do various shapes and sizes.
Step 4:
Use the 6 round for coloring on the dark eyes and nose (use blue and white mixed with black to get some lighter tones on the black. Add darker fur shades with black and brown. Outline the cow shape with loose strokes in dark brown (brown and black). Use yellow+blue to make various greens for leaves around the flowers.
Step 5:
Using the small round brush highlight the eyes with white dabs of paint. Add more white to brighten highlights all over the cow and floral elements. Also add some darker shades to touch it up and add some dots and more contrast! Make your finishing touches and sign it 🙂
